🚚 Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  

📦 Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities in India: 3–5 business days after shipping

• Other locations in India: 5–7 business days after shipping

• Delivery times may vary slightly during festive seasons, sales, or unexpected delays (e.g., weather, courier issues).

💰 Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

• We sometimes offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye out on our website and Instagram!

📍 Tracking Your Order

• Once your tote has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS so you can follow your package.

🚫 Undeliverable Packages

• Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we’ll reship it at an additional shipping charge.

🌍 International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be announced soon!
